As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) at a Montessori elementary daycare and school, I supported lead educators by facilitating a child-centered learning environment that followed Montessori principles. My responsibilities included preparing and maintaining the classroom materials, assisting children with hands-on learning activities, supervising playtime, and fostering their independence. I helped with daily routines, such as snack times and outdoor activities, and ensured a safe, nurturing atmosphere.
