My name is Kassidy, and I’m a quiet, caring, and responsible individual who truly enjoys working with children. I come from a close-knit family that values both togetherness and cleanliness, and I bring those same values into the way I care for others.
I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, where I’ve gained clinical experience supporting children with disabilities and their families in navigating healthcare services. I also worked in a private pediatric clinic, where I supported children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, and developmental delays. My educational background also includes a degree in Kinesiology, which taught me the importance of physical activity for well-being and helped me develop a strong work ethic. Along with childcare, I am happy to provide tutoring and homework help. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
Beyond my studies, I am actively involved in my local church (4+ years), where I serve as a Youth Leader for children aged 9-14. In this role, I provide care (physical, spiritual, emotional) for children, and plan/run events that give families in the community fun, active, and welcoming opportunities to connect.
In my downtime, I enjoy cooking, baking, puzzles, and music. Families who work with me often describe me as patient, reliable, and engaging. My goal is not only to provide safe and dependable supervision, but also to create meaningful, playful, and enriching experiences for the children I care for.
Recent Occupational Therapy grad with clinical experience in service navigation for children/families and children with disabilities (ie: ASD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, developmental delays).
