I am from Venezuela, I have 8 months here. I love animals I grew up surrounded by them, I am an understanding, empathic, friendly responsible person. In Venezuela I used to pick up baby stray cats, feed them and give them homes until they grow up and we looked for adopters.I know a little more about cats than I do about dogs (in the same way I can take care of dogs). In my house I used to have 4 adult cats, I know their behaviours.

Hi, I'm Maya, a dedicated pet caregiver from Montreal, with three years of experience in offering love and care to pets. Deeply committed to treating animals with kindness and respect, I am devoted to ensuring the well-being, safety, and happiness of your pets. My availability is primarily during the evenings on weekdays, and flexible on Saturdays and Sundays. I understand that every pet is unique and requires personalized care, and I am well-versed in understanding the needs of various animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and fish. As a pet caregiver, my expertise lies in administering both oral and injected medication for dogs, taking care of senior and special needs pets, providing daily exercises for high-energy pets, and carrying out grooming tasks such as brushing their teeth and fur. My services include Dog walking, Doggy day-care, House sitting, and Drop-in visits to feed and play. Being a non-smoker, fluent in English and French, and a good swimmer, I make your pet's safety and health my topmost priority. However, I would have to mention that I provide pet care in the pet's home, as I cannot bring pets to my own home. Though young, I am responsible and passionate about helping animals to feel loved, exercise, and stay healthy. If these are the values you're looking for in a pet caregiver, then I'm the one for you! Please note, I currently don't have a police check, but I hold Canadian as well as other citizenship and can legally work without any hassles. I look forward to dedicating my time and skills to provide a safe, caring environment for your beloved pet. I’ve token care of so many cats, dogs, birds and fish, that I can’t keep count of how many I’ve babysat. I have had previous jobs in the past, but in different provinces.

While I have not yet had the opportunity to receive monetary compensation for pet sitting, I have been extensively involved in taking care of pets, often doing so for my close relatives and friends. Being a devoted pet lover, I am currently the proud owner of two beautiful male cats. In addition to that, there are periods, particularly during the summer months, when I also look after my parents' senior cat who comes to stay with me. Growing up, my household was always filled with a variety of pets, which has significantly contributed towards my affection for animals. We had several cats - which were part of the family - as well as both freshwater and saltwater fish tanks. Interacting, playing, and caring for my family pets has equipped me with many necessary skills and experience in terms of pet care. In addition to cats, I have also had the privilege of training dogs belonging to several of my friends. This didn't merely involve the basic training but also managing a fair portion of the responsibilities that revolve around pet care. I’ve dunked my hands in every aspect of pet responsibilities, dedicating myself to ensure the pets under my care feel loved, safe, and attended to. Furthermore, I have also provided pet care for friends who were temporarily absent due to vacations. The duties primarily entailed feeding the pets, offering regular walks and runs for their exercise needs. Above all, I made sure there was enough time for play, which is crucial for a pet's mental well-being. I believe play also fosters a stronger bond between the pet and its caretaker. Overall, my mission has always been to treat every pet as if it was my own, providing them with all the love and care they deserve. I currently have two cats of my own, and grew up with both cats and fish. I have also trained the dogs of several friends, and regularly took on many of the responsibilities with respect to pet care. I have also watched pets for friends on vacation, including feeding, walk, runs, and playing.

Sofía and Eli lived north of Montreal, and Caracara the baby’s big sister, lived in Montreal. But I actually walked a Siamese cat named Binki, in Los Angeles, and cared for a recovering German Shepherd who decided vaulting through a plate glass window from the second floor was worth the risk, because he thought he could catch up to his L.A. philharmonic violinist owner who’d just left for work. He wouldn’t let anyone put a tourniquet on his bleeding leg but me, so a very grateful daddy returned to find the bleeding controlled, and his wayward son otherwise unscathed. So the two happy campers quickly left for the doggy doctor, (also my baby dog George’s), thankful, but three blocks away!!Mission accomplished! I’ve worked for two families long term. One with an overweight sweet girlie beagle named Sofía, and her upstairs nemesis cantankerous feline competition, Eli. It was a challenge with one-owner only Eli, but I got him in my lap for caresses eventually, and the girlie and I were quick fast friends, with additional exercise and incentives to the children not to overfeed her, in spite of the beautiful, agonizingly comedic soulful eyes pining for tidbits all day. She’d been hit by a car, so I taught safety to the family and set up frequent walking, to avoid the continual lightening speed beelines for the front and back doors! The other family had a 7–month-old “human baby, ” so I walked both, killing two birds with one stone for that contract!

Hello, I'm Natália, a dedicated and passionate pet care practitioner with 19 years of experience. I'm from Brazil, I'm located in Montréal, fluent in English and Portuguese, I know a little of Spanish and I'm studying French. My professional journey includes a broad spectrum of roles such as dog walking, drop-in visits (feeding & playing), house sitting and taking care of senior dogs. I am proficient in administering oral medication to dogs and providing daily exercise to high-energy pets. Having been around pets my whole life, particularly cats and dogs, I understand their needs and health requirements. I am available for work during mornings, evenings, and the middle of the day throughout the week, rendering me extremely flexible and reliable. I aim to use my professional skills and love for animals to deliver the best possible care for your pets. I don't smoke, and while I have a driver's licence, I don't own a vehicle for work purposes. Please note that although I love pets, they cannot be accommodated in my home. Even so, my dedication to your pet's wellbeing is paramount, and I guarantee to provide exceptional care to your furry friends. I look forward to contributing my skills and love for animals to your household! Best regards, Natália. Dear Pet Mom and Dad, I hope this letter finds you both in the best of spirits. As fellow pet lovers, I am thrilled to share with you my heartfelt experience and dedication to caring for our furry friends. From the tender age of 10, I've been blessed with the joy and responsibility of having a beloved canine companion by my side. Since then, my love for animals has only grown stronger with each passing day. They truly hold a special place in my heart. While life's journey has led me to Canada, where I've embarked on new adventures, a piece of my heart remains with my daughter pet dog, who is currently residing with my dear mother. Separation from her has been one of the hardest adjustments for me, but knowing she is in loving hands brings me great comfort. It is with this same passion and devotion that I offer my services as a pet caregiver to you. Whether it's daily walks, belly rubs, or simply keeping them company, rest assured that your furry family member will be treated with the utmost love and respect they deserve. I understand that entrusting your beloved pet to someone new can be a daunting decision, but I assure you that I am fully committed to providing them with the same level of care and affection they receive from you. Let's schedule a time to connect and discuss how I can be of assistance in ensuring your pet's well-being while you're away. Thank you for considering me as a potential caregiver for your cherished companion. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and your furry friend soon! Warm regards, Natália. P.s.: I'm from Brazil and I speak Portuguese, English, a little of Spanish and I'm learning and studying French. 😀
