My name is Hadil, and I’m a 32-year-old woman with a warm, energetic, and caring personality. I currently live with my mom, our two dogs, and our bird, so I’m very comfortable in a busy and nurturing home environment. I also live close to my sister and regularly help babysit her two children, which has strengthened my love for working with kids and supporting families.
In addition to helping family, I have nearly 10 years of professional part-time babysitting and childcare experience. Over the years, I have cared for children of different ages and have experience cooking meals, feeding children, changing diapers, giving baths, helping with bedtime routines, supervising activities, and creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
I’m known by friends, family, and colleagues as someone who is social, bubbly, patient, responsible, and dependable. I truly enjoy building positive connections with children and creating a warm environment where they feel safe, supported, and cared for.
Professionally, I also worked at Scholars Education Centre, where I worked my way up from Centre Coordinator to Director. In these roles, I supported students from ages 4 to 18 by overseeing educational programming, communicating with parents, mentoring students, managing schedules, and helping maintain a structured and encouraging learning environment.
I am currently pursuing a future career in policing, which reflects my strong sense of responsibility, leadership, community care, and commitment to helping others. Fitness and healthy living are also very important to me, and I enjoy staying active and maintaining a disciplined lifestyle.
I am also currently getting recertified in CPR and First Aid and would love the opportunity to support a wonderful family with compassionate and reliable childcare.
