Im a trial lawyer and when I am in trial I am looking for someone to pick up my kids from school at 3:00, walk home with them, and play with them until I am home at 5:30-6:00ish. I don’t need this coverage all the time but only for the weeks I am in trial, which I know well in advance. So for example I need someone to cover the week of February 19th. And also the entire month of April. So the work is on and off but you would know well in advance and we will guarantee those hours. I have two young boys.
