I am 16 years old, born in Ukraine, and have been living in Canada for 10 years. I am a competitive figure skater and now a coach as well. I train for over 4 hours a day while also attending school. During the summer, I would like to earn a bit of money. I love working with kids, who usually adore me too if they aren't too shy. I also love taking care of animals, as I have 2 cats and have had pets throughout my entire life. Additionally, I have a younger and older sibling. Worked as baby-sitter in many homes. Worked as camp counsler with over 20 children in my group. I am a figure skating coach for little kids so I have my first aid etc.

Before moving here, I worked in journalism and marketing, but after discovering the Montessori approach to education, I found a new passion for working with children. I am Yassmine, a 17-year-old dynamic and mature individual taking on life headfirst. I am highly committed and responsible, with a proven track record of punctuality and diligence. Adapting swiftly to varying circumstances and possessing great kindness, I am determined to seamlessly integrate into any professional environment. Although I am still a high school student, I already have a year of work experience which has prepared me for the responsibilities and tasks that come with nanny and housekeeping roles. I am looking for part-time work as a Babysitter, Nanny/Housekeeper, or Nanny. My preferred living arrangement is live-in, in or around my current location of Saint-Laurent. I'm a non-smoker and I'm comfortable with performing a range of duties such as cooking, light housekeeping, running errands, grocery shopping, doing children's laundry, helping with homework, walking the dog, adhering to special dietary rules and supervising other household staff. I'm available in the evenings from Monday to Friday and flexible on Saturdays. Though I don’t have a driver’s license, I do possess a vehicle which could be used for running errands. In addition, I am able to swim well and can confidently handle four or more children. I have experience in looking after children aged between 3-5 years, 6-9 years, as well as those above 10 years. Moreover, I am also equipped to work with children with disabilities, ensuring that care and attention is given to each and every child under my responsibility. Language is not a barrier for me, as I am fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Russian. I am a proud Canadian citizen and optimistic about starting on 30th December 2024. Please note, however, that a police check for me is yet to be carried out. In spite of this, I am incredibly motivated to create a nurturing and safe environment for children to grow and develop. I have worked as a nanny for my mom's friend, caring for 4 kids at the same time: 5-year-old twins, a 7-year-old, a 9-year-old, and a 13-year-old. I worked for her from January 2023 until June 2023, when I had to move out. I really enjoyed caring for her kids and would love to do it again 😊.
