I graduated from Loyalist College's ECE Program in 1997 with the Early Childhood Education award. I have been working in the Childcare field ever since graduation in many different settings both big and small. I have experience with children with special needs as well. I also have three children of my own, two girls and a boy. My husband and I are the youth leaders of an amazing group of young at the Pentecostals of a Quinte. My hobbies in clued spending time with my family, planning and implementing youth activities and reading.
For the last seven years I have been operating my own successful home daycare in order to be able to stay home with my own children. I have loved this opportunity. We have fun filled days and I have become close with all my past and present clients.. the other day one of my daycare children said "Wendy I feel like part of your family. " That felt amazing because that is my goal, that when I care for children they have fun, feel safe and loved... just like their part of my family.
Thank you for taking the time to consider me as your caregiver, homemaker or nanny. I look forward to meeting you and discussing this opportunity further.
Sincerely,
Wendy.
