Joyce's family in Edmonton, Alberta (Live-Out Position) is seeking a nurturing, reliable, and dedicated Part-Time Nanny/Mother's Helper to join our home. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about childcare and willing to provide attentive support to our family.
✨ About the Role:
Schedule: Part-Time. Approx 25-30 hours. (Hours fall between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, specific days/hours to be finalized with the right candidate.)
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
👨👩👧👦 Children & Primary Focus:
You will be caring for two children:
- A 2 year toddler
- A 5 years old kindergarten-aged child
📋 Key Responsibilities:
This is a multi-faceted role combining childcare, light household duties:
Childcare & Mother's Helper Duties:
- Provide attentive, engaging, and loving care for both children.
- Lead age-appropriate activities and foster development.
- Assist with children's dinner preparation and cleanup.
- Maintain a tidy environment (tidy up toys, light kitchen and household duties, etc.).
Note: This is a mother's helper role, meaning the parent will be present and requiring support.
Preferred/Additional Consideration:
We strongly prefer candidates with proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin), but this is not a requirement.

- Proven experience caring for infants and young children (toddler and kindergarten age).
- A genuine love for fostering child development.
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage an evening routine.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a compassionate nature.
