Hi there my name is Joan, I’m a Filipino and I’m 36 years old I came to canada in June 2017. I came here as nanny my first job was in fergus. I’ve been working as a nanny for 10 years before I came to canada I worked in Hong Kong for 4 years the in the same position. I was working in family in fergus for 4 years taking care of two kids and do the house chores. In 2021 I moved from fergus to Kitchener. The second family I worked their for 2 years and half. I do the same thing as my previous job when kids are not around I will do the chores and when kids gets home from school I assist them to empty their school bags and feed them and I will take them to the park, go for walk sometimes I help them out with homework. When I first came to Canada 2017 of June. I work as a nanny in one of the family here in fergus. I worked with this family for 4 years look after their 2 kids and do the chores when the kids are in school. Second job was in Kitchener I worked with the second family for 2 years and half. Taking care of their three kids and drive them to school and same thing as the previous job when kids are not around I will do house cleaning food preparation take the kids to park. At night I help them shower and put them to bed. Same routine in the morning prepare their breakfast and drive them to school.
