My boyfriend and I are eager to implement a healthier diet, however, our mental health conditions make the process quite challenging. I often struggle with food preparation, planning and cooking, which has unfortunately resulted in giving us food poisoning or wasting groceries. I don't mind planning and shopping for our meals. In fact, I can provide you with the recipes that I print out. Alternatively, it might be easier for you to provide me with a shopping list and prepare your own meals, under the condition that they are delicious and healthy. Cleaning up after meal preparation is also preferred, although you should never walk into a messy kitchen. We truly need assistance in this matter, but we are not financially extravagant. We're hopeful that we can reach a compromise that will be reasonable for both parties. For convenience, we would prefer you to visit three days per week whenever suitable for you, preferably on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We are looking for meals that embrace healthy carbohydrates, are high in protein, have lots of fruits and vegetables, include a limited amount of whole grains, and provide snacks throughout the week too, for instance, energy balls or similar. The meals should be varied and financially feasible. I've endeavored to assemble this myself and have been unsuccessful. If anyone is interested, please contact me and we can arrange something.
