Over the past 11 years, I have had the privilege of working with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs and strengths of each individual.I have degree in Special Care Counselling as well as a Bachelor's degree from the University of Montreal in Fondements et pratiques sciences sociales et santé. My experience includes working closely with neurodivergent clients, such as those with autism spectrum disorders, Intellectual Impairments, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, language disorders and various learning differences. I have honed my skills in developing personalized learning plans that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences. Patience, understanding, and a flexible teaching approach are the cornerstones of my interactions with neurodivergent learners, ensuring a supportive and enriching educational journey. One of my strengths lies in my ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate the unique needs of each individual. I have 11 years experience working as a specialized educator in various environments such as schools and rehabilitation centres, with all age groups (pre-k to University). I have supported individuals who are neurodivergent, as well as neurotypical with their academic needs.
