I am an undergraduate student majoring in International Relations at UBC. I have studied abroad at the National University of Singapore, where I gained interest in AI's growing influence on global politics and created a non-profit proposal for fighting unethical AI use. This initiative is currently in the works. I have a diverse set of interests, ranging from political theory and law to AI ethics, environmental sustainability, and community engagement. I am particularly focused on advocating for policy reforms related to AI misuse, including issues such as online harassment and gender inequality. I am also dedicated to improving my skills in communications, project management, and event coordination, having gained experience as the Outreach Manager for a global affairs podcast and the VP External for UBC’s CASIS. On the personal side, I have a love for equestrianism and find it a grounding and rewarding way to connect with nature and cultivate discipline. I am also an avid cook and stress baker, finding that creating new dishes and baked goods is an excellent way to unwind.

I have been working as a tutor and mentor for about two years, starting from my first year at university. Throughout this time, I have supported students in improving their writing and editing skills, helping them learn how to effectively revise and structure their papers. In addition to one-on-one tutoring, I also serve as a peer mentor, where I guide students through academic challenges, share study strategies, and provide support on various assignments. My experience has strengthened my communication skills and my ability to adapt my teaching methods to meet each student's needs.
