I’m Allison. I’m originally from Nigeria and have lived in Canada for many years. I love working with children and find a lot of in helping them learn, grow, and feel confident. I’m patient, caring, reliable, and very hands-on, with experience working in school settings, private homes, and tutoring environments. I enjoy reading, creative activities, art, and learning new things, and I bring that curiosity into my work with children. I’m well traveled and appreciate different cultures and beliefs, which helps me connect easily with families from all backgrounds. Creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment is always my priority.

I teach early literacy, reading, writing, phonics, basic math, homework support, and creative subjects like art and crafts. My approach is play-based, patient, and structured, focused on building confidence and a genuine love for learning in a safe and nurturing environment.
