My name is Saksham. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a major in Economics and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. I have experience in customer service, retail operations, and team leadership. I have worked as a Retail Supervisor at Safeway and currently work asa an Analyst at Parkwest professional Services. In addition to my professional experience, I have worked with children in an educational setting, teaching and supporting kindergarten-aged children through learning activities and classroom engagement. I enjoy helping others, building positive relationships, and creating supportive environments where people can learn and grow. I am a dependable, patient, and customer-focused individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. I am always eager to learn new things and contribute positively to the team and organization I work with.

I have experience working with children from kindergarten age and supporting their learning and development. My responsibilities included teaching basic concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, and shapes, helping children with classroom activities, supervising playtime, and ensuring a safe and positive environment. I also assisted children in developing social skills, communication, and independence through interactive learning activities, storytelling, arts and crafts, and group exercises.
