I am an Early Childhood Educator with experience working with toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarten children. During my placements, I planned engaging activities that supported children’s learning through play, creativity, and teamwork. I am passionate about creating inclusive and supportive learning environments where every child feels valued and encouraged. I am originally from Punjab, India, and currently living in Canada to build my career in early childhood education. I am patient, hardworking, and dedicated to helping children explore and develop their potential. In my free time, I enjoy painting, reading, and designing creative learning activities for children. I bring a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a caring approach to my role as an educator. I am currently a student in Early Childhood Education (ECE) in the final year and have gained hands-on experience through my placements. I have worked with toddlers, preschoolers, and recently with kindergarten and school-age children. My experience includes planning and implementing engaging activities that support children’s learning, creativity, and development. I have facilitated various activities, including read-aloud sessions, hands-on experiments, and creative play, ensuring inclusivity so every child can participate and express their ideas. One of my recent activities involved a read-aloud session using Where Is My T-E-D-D-Y?, where I incorporated an interactive guessing game to spark children’s curiosity and engagement. Additionally, I have explored different teaching strategies, such as open-ended questioning and hands-on learning, to encourage children’s critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I continue to improve my skills through practice and adapting to the needs of the children in my care.

I am doing my two year college Diploma in Early childhood education. I am in the final year (4th sem) I am graduating in April.
