I am a graduate student in Mathematics at McGill University, originally from Texas, now living in Montreal. I come from an academic and science-inclined family the prioritizes learning - and I’ve always been passionate about teaching, and helping others succeed. I also have a good deal of nannying experience from working as a day-care sitter for the children of patients of my mother's midwifery business. I have over four years of experience tutoring math, physics, and science at both high school and university levels, with a patient and approachable teaching style that focuses on building confidence and problem-solving skills. Outside of academics, I enjoy reading, cooking, and exploring Montreal’s local music and art scenes. I’m also learning French to better connect with the community here.
