I have been an early childhood educator for about 3-4 years. My favourite aspect of the child care profession is seeing and helping children progress in their development, as well as building a close-knit bond with the children and their families. In addition to my passion for working with children, some of my other interests and hobbies include offering makeup services, making crafts, figure skating, going to the gym to remain active, and cooking and baking. Some attributes and qualities that I bring to the table include being very organized, patient, and determined. I enjoy taking on different challenges and strive to understand, be loyal, and show respect to the individuals around me. I am a qualified early childhood educator with a DEC. I am currently a full-time daycare educator at a CPE, where I work with 3-4-year-olds. I have also worked as a substitute at a daycare, which allowed me to work with all age groups from 0-5 years old. Additionally, I studied elementary education at McGill University for one year and completed a placement at an elementary school. I have also participated in the tutoring services at Batshaw Youth and Family Services.
