My name is Thamilini, and I live in Scarborough, Ontario. I graduated from McMaster University with a BA in History. I love and am passionate about teaching and helping students improve their academic learning. I want to help students improve their success in school and develop lifelong learning skills. I hope to instill in my students a passion for learning and help them become well-rounded and knowledgeable. Education is one of the best weapons we can use to change the world, an inspiring quote which I strongly believe in. I hope I can make a difference in the lives of students whom I teach and tutor.

As a passionate and dedicated tutor and teacher, I have vast experience teaching students in English, Math, Social Sciences and History. I have worked at Oxford Learning Centre for over 4 years. I have also worked as an online ESL teacher. I am knowledgeable with the Ontario School Curriculum and love to work with kids and install in them a love for learning.
