I'm Jess, and I'm a friendly tutor who loves to hang out with my dog, socialize with friends, dive into new TV shows, and constantly enhance my teaching skills through various courses. I believe in creating a relaxed and engaging learning environment, where we can not only focus on academic growth but also have fun along the way.

I am currently an elementary school teacher who is qualified to teach kindergarten to grade 6. I have worked as an ESL teacher abroad in China as well as here in Canada. ESL students I have worked with range in age from kindergarten to university. I currently tutor a grade 1 student in math and literacy. Math and literacy would be the main subjects I offer to tutor, but could provide instruction in any curriculum subject up to grade 6.
