My name is Indy, a vibrant retired international teacher with 29 years of tutoring and teaching experience. Over the years, I have called Canada, SE Asia, and the Caribbean home, tutoring students from kindergarten through primary, middle school, and up to secondary school levels. I pride myself in deep-knowledge of subjects such social sciences, science, biology, math, and literature. In addition to these fields, I am skilled in advanced mathematics, geography, chemistry, computer science, psychology, philosophy, and astronomy. Moreover, my experience extends to curriculum creation both locally and internationally, specifically in English and French. Though I have a strong foundation in education, my expertise doesn't stop there. I am also skilled in arts subjects such as photography, arts and crafts, design, fine arts and modelling, and visual art. Enhancing physical fitness is another interest of mine, and I am proficient in conducting classes in yoga, fitness, choreography, and gymnastics. You can have peace of mind knowing that I am a non-smoker with a good driving record and a vehicle for travel, both for work and ease of commute. I am a strong swimmer, so safety will not be a concern during outdoor activities. I speak fluent English, French, and Spanish which broadens the scope for language learning or tutoring in French immersion and ESL. I am available for teaching throughout the week, in the middle of the day and evenings. I am open to work at my own home, your home or online, depending on what suits your needs best.
