I am a Physics Hons. Graduate with Maths as adidiotnal major and a masters in Physics and Maths. I enjoy 'explaining' things that I understand so it comes easy to me to teach children and adults. I have been tutoring for 5 years in Canada and 3 years in India for various ages if kids. I enjoy teaching middle and high school students more. In my experience, while students in Grades 5 to 10 are often capable of learning school mathematics, few actually see this in themselves. This is why helping students outside of school should be about more than teaching what math is being learned--things like how to add fractions, solve equations, compute averages. To really have an impact, students should be encouraged to become more effective math learners and, through this, to accept more personal responsibility for their own learning. My favorite subjects are Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. I also enjoy teaching basics of Business- Economics and Finance. Flexible schedule for within and around Hamilton.

My tutor life started when my 9yo nephew aced his maths exam after my help for 1 week and his words were 'the way she tecahes, I easily understood everything' and that was my cue. I have always lived learning and explaning. I can teach English, Maths, Physics, Chem.
