I’m Taffryn. I am a 20-year-old university student currently studying Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant at MacEwan University. I am the eldest of four daughters in a large family. I have experience taking care of children and have worked with them for some time now. I am comfortable working with both young and older children. I enjoy being active, though I would consider myself more of a homebody. I am hardworking and kind. I completed French immersion from K-11, so I am proficient in the French language. I have a chocolate lab and grew up with cats, so pets do not bother me.

I currently work part-time as a swim instructor and have been in this position for 2 years. I also used to teach classes focusing on engaging children in fun and active ways, promoting healthy lifestyles at a young age. These classes included obstacle courses, group activities, stretching, and relaxation exercises. I have a level 2 childcare certification from completing field placements at daycares during my time in university.
