I am Mama Alma , 38 years old from the Philippines. I am a Filipina currently living in SW Edmonton, Alberta. I am married with two kids, the eldest is 12 years old and the youngest is 8 years old. Before I came to Canada, I was a full-time mom to my kids from birth up to their primary level of education. I watched them grow, especially when their father/my husband had to go overseas for work and was away for 5 years. I was hands-on in taking care of them, sending them to school, and waiting for them after their classes. I know that kids can be unpredictable, naughty, and active, but I enjoyed taking care of them and watching them grow. I read bedtime stories to my kids, sang nursery rhymes, gardened, danced, and gave them baths. I am energetic, cheerful, loving, caring, patient, and have experience with kids. You can trust me to take good care of your children as if they were my own.

I am a Bachelor of Arts major in Masscommunication, I also earned units in Bachelor of Secondary Education, I am a mother of two children the eldest is 12yrs.old and the youngest is 8yrs.old aside from being their mom I am also hands on in teaching, mentoring them in their school activities, homeworks, tutoring them how to write, read, memorize poems.I enjoyed teaching them because kid's added colors to our life, they are always curious in a lot of things, I also accompanied my kids to their schools, attending with them every school programs, I am also accepting students that need to be tutor in their chosen subjects, I am an energetic, cheerful, kind, humble, friendly mom/tutor teacher to my kids and to my tutees, I love kids, I treat them as my own children because they are a gift to us and they are so adorable.
