Racheal T.
I currently have an Early Childhood Education Assistant certification and am working towards the completion of my Bachelor’s of Early Childhood Education then going into Teaching Education in primary years. I have experience working with children aged 10 months to 12 years in a variety of educational and recreational settings. Over the past 5 years, I’ve worked as a Program Leader, Substitute Educator, and Early Childhood Education Assistant, where I planned and facilitated engaging, age-appropriate activities, ensured children's health and safety, and maintained open communication with parents and teams. My background includes supporting daily routines, curriculum planning, managing materials, mentoring volunteers, and fostering inclusive and nurturing environments for children to learn and grow.
I have experience planning age-appropriate and engaging activities for young children, which strengthens my ability to tutor students in Early Childhood Education. In my work, I design preschool sports activities, games, and warm-ups that support physical development. I also plan creative arts and crafts experiences, along with sensory activities that encourage exploration, problem-solving, and curiosity. Through this hands-on practice, I’ve learned how to adapt activities based on developmental stages, diverse needs, and children’s interests.
