Catherine H.
My name is Catherine, a dedicated early childhood educator based in Calgary. I am a trilingual speaker with proficiency in English, French, and Spanish. I have six years of teaching experience, specialising in primary school education and educating children with special needs. My areas of expertise also include preparing students for exams and school enrolments, and implementing Montessori method of education. As for my educational background, I hold a Bachelor's, Master's degree as well as a Science degree, and I have undergone Teacher's education. I am very flexible to accommodate your schedule as I am available Monday through Friday, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, with Friday availability limited to mornings. I am able to provide my tutoring services at the employer's home or online, depending on your preference. I enjoy working with students of all ages, ranging from 3 to adults. Working with different age groups has allowed me to develop effective teaching methods and to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of each student. As we value safety and trust, I am willing to undergo a police check if needed. Despite holding a Chilean citizenship, I am fully open to relocation and travel necessities for the job. However, please note that I do not have a vehicle for job purposes. Above all, I see teaching as both my profession and passion. Through my years of experience, I have learned to inculcate a love of learning in my students, helping them to excel and build confidence in their abilities. Looking forward to contributing to your learning journey!
