June 11th, 2024 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter on behalf of Rosemary Howarth. Rosemary babysat my children from February 2024 to May 2024. My children were 8 and 10 at the time. We hired her to look after the children after school once or twice a week. Rosemary was very professional, responded promptly to communication, confirmed with us a few hours earlier each time we had her scheduled, and always arrived on time. As we live very close to the school, duties included walking to the school to pick up my daughter, and greeting my son as he came home on his own. I provided her with an agenda/checklist of things that they needed to complete each day when they got home. The list included finishing school lunch and cleaning lunch box, completing homework, tidying up bedrooms, and practicing piano. Rosemary followed the list precisely, checking off each item and writing out additional comments if needed. She insisted that the children follow a routine each time and was firm, yet gentle with them regarding their tasks. The list was complete every time I arrived home from work.
