I'm Kim. I have been working with adults with developmental disabilities since 2015. I have been helping with care of daily living, recreation, personal care, and even life planning. I like to stay busy on my feet. I'm very organized. I have good judgment. I'm a problem solver and I like to foster independence in the people I work with. My formal background is in psychology. I have worked in home group setting care since 2015 and have received hands on training in de-escalation, personal care, lifts and transfers, dementia training. I am a certified yoga instructor as well.
