Sara N.
I'm a gentle and loving caregiver that is dedicated to providing compassionate, loving, present care for children, adults and families. I truly live to care for others and it brings a great joy to my heart. I have experience caring for infants and elderly and mostly a strong passion to support others in the best way I can. I find it very meaningful to be in service to others in any way I can. I enjoy a quiet, simple life and love being in nature, doing yoga, practicing guitar and self reflection. I love cooking and baking and finding creative ways to make meals healthy and delicious. I have traveled the world extensively and have spent a lot of time in India, a country I truly love.
I was a caregiver for my grandmother for 8 years until she passed. I did everything from groceries to making food, cleaning the house, taking her to appointments and tracking information during appointments. I supported her with her decline into dementia and was basically there to help with everything imaginable!
I have a Community Mental Health Certificate from Camosun College and I am also a certified Yoga and Yoga Therapy teacher.
