I am a college graduate from the Philippines with one year of professional experience, including my most recent role as a Respiratory Therapist Intern. I believe that my skills, strengths, and experience make me a strong candidate for this role. During my time as a Respiratory Therapist Intern, I gained valuable skills that directly align with the requirements of the Home Support Worker. Firstly, my experience in patient observation has prepared me to provide attentive and compassionate care to individuals in need. I have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to notice changes in a patient's condition or behavior. My experience in developing service plans as a respiratory therapist has equipped me with the ability to create individualized care plans for each client.
