My name is Tshering, a compassionate and dedicated caregiver based in Vancouver. Over the past two years, I have devoted myself to assisting elders with various needs, including bathing, dressing, exercises, and ensuring their hydration. Just like children should be cared for, I believe those in their golden years deserve the same level of attention and compassion. I am a versatile and dedicated professional, available to provide care services throughout the week at all times of the day. I am also open to relocation and travel to ensure efficient service delivery. While I do not have a driver's license, my ability is not limited to this, I am highly efficient and can perform a wide range of duties including but not limited to housekeeping, grocery shopping, assisting with pet care, patient positioning, and even tubing feeding among others. Not only am I able to provide for their physical wellbeing, but I also prioritize their social interactions. I enjoy planning visits, outings, and trips to visit neighbors, friends, and family, always promoting a rich, fulfilling lifestyle for those I care for. My education and experience as a Caregiver and Personal Support Worker have equipped me with the skills to serve in various settings, including home health care, retirement homes, and clinics/hospitals. I have experience working with patients diagnosed with a variety of conditions such as Diabetes, hearing impairments, and Hepatitis. I am a non-smoker, with a clean police check and possess the ability to communicate effectively in English. My citizenship is Bhutanese. In my private time, I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, and playing games. This serves to remind me of the importance of joy and recreation in life – something I strive to incorporate in the lives of the elders I care for. Whether on a full-time, live-in or live-out basis, I am committed to providing professional and personalized elder care services, contributing positively to their overall wellbeing. I feel like children and elderly people needs the same amount of care but in case of elders they need more. I believe on that stage of age they not only need a friendly people around them as well as someone who is capable to look after their needs. I am a person of flexibility, punctuality, friendly and well behaved girl sealing for friendly environment to work and I believe this one can make me comfortable as well as I can get along with people very well. It’s a fit job for me.
