- Provide personal care to client as outlined in their care plan. - Provide companionship on a daily basis by lending an ear or shoulder to lean on. - Administer medication. - Assist client with transfer from bed to wheelchair. - Meets the safety needs of the client and uses equipment safely and properly. - Monitors necessary vital signs including blood pressure, pulse and temperature. - Provide good skin care to avoid bed sores. - Maintain sanitation standards of the client’s home. - Manage client schedules and ensure all Doctor’s appointment are kept. - Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
