I am a certified Personal Support Worker seeking job as an elder care provider or as a support worker job in GTA area. Service Abilities: Having completed a bachelor’s degree in medical field back in my home country and with 2 years of experience as a Personal support worker I am confident that I will make significant contributions in your loved one's life. My experience ranges from closely working with the elders with activities of their daily living such as grooming, bathing, dressing. Ensuring proper meal planning and preparation. Also, able to recognize safety issues and follow safe work practices while performing transfers. Used Hoyer lift to safely transfer the clients from bed to wheelchair; assisted clients in using wheelchair and walkers. Ideal attributes: Possess a compassionate and flexible nature, and a client-centered approach to caregiving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Possessing a positive attitude by promoting DIPPS towards patients. Monitoring and recording vital signs. Solid Interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills; fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
