I do following duties Assistant in bathing, grooming shaving and oral hygiene. • Used mobility devices and equipment to carefully and transport patients. • Responded to patient alarm and needs -assessment requests to identify course of treatment. • Observes and monitors client progress, symptoms, and behavioral changes and reports significant observations such as discomfort or pain, changes in vital signs, skin breakdowns, unusually incidents to the nurses or manager.
