My name is Shazen and I am a 22-year-old woman from Surrey. I have 2 years of experience in senior and health care and I am available to start immediately. I am able to work full-time and I am open to both Live-In and Live-Out arrangements. I am a caregiver with certifications in Caregiver/Companion, Personal Support Worker (PSW), Home Support Worker, and First Aid. I am fluent in English and Tagalog and I am comfortable working with individuals with disabilities. My availability includes mornings, middle of the day, evenings, and nights throughout the week, making me flexible and reliable. I am a non-smoker, a good swimmer, and willing to travel or relocate for the right opportunity. I am skilled in various tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, meal planning/preparation, errands, pet care, and walking assistance. I am looking for a position as a Caregiver/Companion or Personal Support Worker in settings such as home health care, retirement homes, or clinics/hospitals. Though I do not have a driver's license or vehicle, I am dedicated to providing quality care and support to those in need.

I do not have professional work experience yet, but I have gained valuable personal experience through helping my family, which has strengthened my interest and skills in caregiving and support roles. Personal Experience and Responsibilities: • Care for Elderly Family Member: I assist my grandmother, who is elderly, with her daily routines including preparing meals, assisting with mobility, helping with medication reminders, and providing companionship. • Support for Family Member with Autism: I also help care for my cousin who has autism. I support him with his daily activities, maintain a calm and patient approach, and help him stay engaged with simple learning and play activities.
