Greetings, my name is Beant and I am a woman in my early thirties, precisely 32 years of age. Presently, I have chosen the charming city of Surrey as my place of residence. My professional journey spans over nine enriching years, specifically in the sector of healthcare, providing guidance and support specifically for senior citizens. As a personal preference and consideration for the wellbeing of those I care for, I am not a smoker. Additionally, my skill set enables me to proficiently work and provide assistance to children who are living with varying forms of disabilities. I am currently exploring the job market for part-time employment, with a keen interest in roles such as a Caregiver, Companion or Personal support worker. My fight of choice are settings that revolve around providing home health care or within the comforting and familiar environment of retirement homes. Over the years, I have focused my learning and training to obtain a rich blend of certifications, these include being a certified Caregiver and Companion, a Home Support Worker in addition to possessing valuable first-aid skills which are crucial in emergency situations. In my rich professional journey, I have had the honour and responsibility of offering support and companionship to patients dealing with a wide spectrum of medical conditions. These include, but are not limited to Dementia, Cancer, Stroke, Bedridden and Diabetes. I have also provided assistance to individuals experiencing Incontinence (requiring diapers), Paralysis, Hearing Impairment, Speech Impairment, as well as Dialysis. My aim is to seek long-term opportunities within this field. This is because I am looking towards providing a comprehensive array of services which include but are not limited to housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, cleaning bathrooms, and also lending a helping hand in walking. While I have flexible working conditions, I lean towards a live-out arrangement and find that staying in my current location works best for me. To this end, I do not require contractual agreements that demand relocation or travel.
