I am a self-motivated, detailed and patient-care oriented; also a caring, understanding and willing to help people. I have been working as a PSW for more than 10 years. Started with taking care of my own father who had suffered from strokes and heart problems until he passed away. I continue my works taking care of patients mainly with frail and seniors with Dementia/Alzheimer's disease. I like to work with the seniors as I have the understanding of how they feel and what they need, besides, the jobs give me the sense of satisfaction when I watch the patients feeling more cheerful and getting better each day.
