My name is Marie Louise and I am a passionate and dedicated health care attendant based in Quebec. I have not earned any working experience as of yet, but will be ready to commence full-time employment from the 24th of October, 2024. I am most available for work during the evenings and nights, on Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I am a Certified Health Care Aide and Home Support Worker with a First Aid and CPR certification. In spite of my age, which is 63, I am physically capable and fully certified to perform tasks such as Bed Pan assistance, Ambulation Assistance, Heavy Patient lifting & transfer, Range of Motion Exercises and much more. I can also provide assistance with tasks around the house such as grocery shopping, vacuuming, meal planning/preparation, and housekeeping. Though I do not have any previous experience, I have a good education in the field and am comfortable working with patients of various diagnoses, including but not limited to, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Dementia, Stroke, and Diabetes. I am particularly skilled in providing care for children with disabilities. My preferred place of employment would be in a Home Health setting, Retirement Homes or Clinics/Hospitals. Though I prefer a live-out arrangement, I understand the necessity of certain situations and would be open to discussing alternatives if necessary. I am looking for a full-time caregiver/companion position and can't wait to bring my energy, passion, and dedication to your family.
