I am 48 years old with two teenagers. I was a Registered Nurse for 20 years and resigned my license during COVID because my children were doing online learning and I did not feel safe to return to the hospital environment. Prior to that I worked in the Neurosciences at the Civic campus of the Ottawa Hospital between 2011 and 2019. Do not hesitate to contact anyone from there for a reference. I thoroughly enjoyed my career as a nurse and besides starting and ending my career at the Ottawa Hospital, I worked primarily in First Nation communities in the Yukon Territory and British Columbia and Australia. Before I was a nurse and a little bit over the past few years was kitchen work: dietary aid, prep cook, dishwasher and cashier for a little extra cash. Currently I miss the care giver role and feel I could benefit your elder or child. In terms of household duties there is no problem.
