My name is Arlene and I am a woman with a passion for senior/health care. I live in Oshawa and have 1 year of working experience in this field. I am available to start immediately and my availability throughout the week includes Monday to Friday in the middle of the day, evening, and night. At 40 years old, I am open to relocating and traveling for the right opportunity. I have a driver's license and my own vehicle, which I am happy to use on the job. I do not smoke and have a valid work permit. In addition to my qualifications, I am a strong swimmer and have proven skills in working with children with disabilities. I am looking for a Full-Time position and I am open to both Live-In and Live-Out arrangements. I have a Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate, Health Care Aides (HCA) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, as well as a Bachelor's Degree from college. My desired job roles include being a Caregiver/Companion or a Personal Support Worker. I am skilled in various duties such as housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, meal planning/preparation, errands, clean bathroom, assist with pet care, assist with walking, vacuuming, hand wash dishes, escort to appointments, bathing assistance, dressing grooming assistance, and range of motion exercises. I prefer working in home health care and have previous experience with patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's, incontinence (diapers), arthritis, and hearing impairment. I am also available for occasional/as needed work. I am committed to providing compassionate and dedicated care to seniors and individuals in need.
