I am Rocio Soledad Quispe , originally from Peru, where I studied accounting at the university. I moved to Canada with my family, which includes my two children, aged 12 and 6. As a family, we enjoy spending quality time together at the swimming pool and library, and we attend church every Sunday. I bring my strong sense of patience and respect to my volunteer work, qualities honed through my experience in customer service, where I always listened attentively to all kinds of customers. My passion for working with seniors is driven by my desire to make a positive impact on their lives, providing them with the care and companionship they deserve. Through this volunteer work, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a deep understanding of the challenges and joys of working with older adults. My goal has always been to create a nurturing and supportive environment that enhances their quality of life and promotes independence.

While volunteering in my country Peru, I assisted children with disabilities that had been abandoned with their daily activities. Such as providing emotional support, getting dressed, eating, and cleaning.
