My service includes taking and monitoring the vital signs of the patient, blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation of the blood making sure everything is normal, making sure the patient is taking their prescribed medicines and maintenance, assisting them from bed to wheelchair, assisting them in their daily needs such as giving them bath either in the bed or in the toilet, using their assistive devices such as walker, cane etc.preparing adequate food for their health needs, providing clean living space and a light housekeeping on the side, I enjoy singing and playing guitar too, part time guitar instructor here!
