Mobility Support:i Assist residents with transfers, walking, and using mobility aids like wheelchairs or walkers is essential to prevent falls and promote independence. Meal Preparation and Nutrition: i help with meal planning, serving, and feeding residents as needed, while monitoring dietary restrictions and encouraging hydration. Medication Reminders: i remind residents to take their prescribed medications and report any missed doses or concerns to supervisors. light Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and safe environment includes tasks like laundry, changing bed linens, and light cleaning. Emotional and Social Support: i provide companionship, engage residents in social activities, and encourage participation in hobbies and outings to reduce loneliness and promote mental well-being.
