My name is Olha, I come from a small town named Khorostkiv located in the western part of Ukraine. I’ve relocated to Toronto after war started in search of new life and new opportunities. I feel safer here, my whole family came with me. Before coming to Canada, I used to work in Italy as a caregiver, I’ve been working in this area for more than 11 years now. I’ve dealt with different patients, I find this profession very rewarding, I can confidently say that it is my vocation. I love cooking and learning languages, trying to stay positive in life, and treasure every moment of my existence.

I have over 11 years of experience working with seniors in Italy, who had health issues and need help with daily activities. For the last 3 years I have been working in Canada as a caregiver/companion. I’m fluent in Ukrainian and Italian, intermediate in English. I can cook Italian and Slavic meals.
