This training has given me a structured, detail-oriented approach and a high level of awareness around risk, organization, and reliability in daily tasks and home environments. I am also trained in yoga and enjoy gently supporting mobility, breath awareness, and presence when appropriate, always respecting comfort levels and individual needs. I have previously completed First Aid and CPR training (currently expired) and am willing to renew certification as required. I have a valid driver’s license and my own vehicle, and I am comfortable assisting with errands, appointments, and transportation. I am fluent in both English and French.
