AgeCare Brant PSWs provide personal care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. They also assist residents with mobility aids and transfer techniques, ensuring comfort and safety. PSWs help with meal preparation and feeding while following dietary restrictions, as well as assist residents with recreational activities and overall comfort. They maintain accurate documentation of services provided and report any changes in the resident's condition to the healthcare team. PSWs always ensure that the care plan is strictly adhered to.
