My name is Jacqueline. I am from Jamaica and I came to Canada over thirty years ago. I have two brothers and two sisters. I am a Canadian citizen, married, and living together with my husband. I attended Central Technical High School and completed my PSW course at Centennial College. I have 26 years of experience in long-term care and 6 years in retirement homes. My role as a PSW involves providing care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting, as well as some meal preparation.

For 14 years, I worked at The Village of Humber Heights where I provided personal care for my clients. I assisted with tasks such as bathing, feeding, administering medication, and monitoring their care.
