Nurse Next door: Responsibilities: supporting and supporting clients, Alerting Nurses and other Health care professionals when needed, providing emotional support( companionship), to patients/clients, work directly with patients who are at risk of hurting themselves or those around them, light housekeeping, accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, walks, sightseeing, cinema, etc and assisting with mobility when necessary. Northwoodcare INC: Responsibilities: Managing the care of Residents/ clients aged 60-100 years with their needs which includes, grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, support with feeding and hydration. Observed and monitored clients and also responsible for completing records and reporting changes and unsafe conditions to my supervisors, oversee Residents/Clients schedules consisting of exercise routines, doctors appointments, shopping, recreational activities, movies and family visits, Home care and QRP shifts.
