I have been a registered nurse for the past 20 years. I have been casually employed in the hospital float pool on the acute medicine and stroke unit, as I have needed a flexible schedule to be a stay-at-home mom for my three kids. Now that they are getting older, I am looking for more career opportunities during the day while they are at school. Our evenings and weekends are spent at the hockey arena! I am calm, quiet, compassionate, and adaptable. I love working with the elderly, whether it is providing direct care or just being a companion and encouraging their independence while ensuring their safety.
