Aira Grace D.
I’m Aira, 26 years old, and I come from a loving and supportive family that has always encouraged me to pursue my passions and work hard. Growing up in the Philippines, I earned a bachelor's degree and a caregiving certificate, which deepened my interest in helping and caring for others. Later, I moved to Canada to continue my education, where I earned a business certificate from Niagara College Toronto. I’m a naturally jolly and outgoing person, which helps me build meaningful connections with people from all walks of life. I have a wide range of interests. I enjoy exploring new places, whether it's hiking in nature. Traveling is a big part of my life, as it allows me to experience new cultures and broaden my perspective. Additionally, I’m passionate about continuous learning and personal development, always seeking new opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.
I have experience working in home care, where I provided support and assistance to patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role required strong communication skills and empathy, as I often interacted closely with patients and their families. I work part-time in palliative care in Toronto, where I accompany my patient who has Parkinson's disease. I assist him with daily activities and provide support to help improve his quality of life.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in the Philippines and a business certificate here in Canada.
