I am Princess Allahmae, a highly motivated and trained nurse based in Edmonton. Despite being new to the professional healthcare field, I am deeply committed to maintaining high standards of professional conduct, ethical care, respect, and diversity in providing healthcare services. I am a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and I am eager to utilize my skills and knowledge in a caregiving role. I am available for full-time and part-time positions throughout the week, and I am capable of supporting a variety of tasks. These tasks include oxygen administration, ambulation assistance, providing aid with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and range of motion exercises. I am also comfortable with providing assistance with pet care. In addition, I am proficient in performing household duties, such as laundry, grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, errand running, vacuuming, and dishwashing. I am happy to assist with planning visits and outings, and I offer personal support services, such as lifts and transfers, giving injections, tube feeding, patient positioning, and catheter or colostomy care. While my preferred work environment includes Home Health Care, Retirement Homes, and Clinics or Hospitals, I am comfortable with live-out arrangements, adhering to the best care and comfort parameters for the patient. Throughout my educational journey, I have gained exposure to a variety of medical conditions, including pneumonia and incontinence. I am eager to apply my skills, empathy, and determination starting from the 6th of August, 2024. Taking care of individuals who need attention and support has always been my calling. I am looking forward to making a positive impact in my role as a caregiver or personal support worker.
